2. What PicFav is
PicFav is a curated library of text prompts intended for use with AI image-editing tools (such as Gemini, ChatGPT, and similar). We do not process, edit, or store any images you create using our prompts.
3. Use of prompts
Prompts provided on PicFav are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may copy, adapt, and use them in your own projects. You may not resell or redistribute the prompts as a standalone product or competing prompt library.
4. No guarantees
AI tools evolve rapidly. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result in any particular AI tool. Results vary depending on the tool, model version, and input image.
5. Intellectual property
The PicFav name, logo, website design, and prompt copy are owned by us. Prompts themselves are text — we claim no intellectual property over results you generate using them.

7. Limitation of liability
PicFav is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or prompts, including but not limited to loss of data or business.

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
